What are the shipping rates?
Shop3M is proud to offer FREE Shipping on orders of $75 or more. We ship to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground, rates are as follows:

How do I track my package?
Shop3M confirms all orders via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order ships.
Where's my order?
Shop3M confirms all orders via e-mail. Please check to make sure that you received a confirmation e-mail. Once the order has been confirmed, it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to reach you.
I would like faster delivery for my order. Can I request premium shipping?
No. Shop3M only offers ground shipping at this time.
Will all my products be shipped together?
Not always. 3M stocks products in different locations to maximize efficiency. In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible and back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available.
Our shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order. You will not pay extra shipping for products that are not shipped together.
Where do you ship?
Shop3M ships to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground. Shop3M does not ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.
How do you handle undeliverable packages?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable if the address is incorrect.
Our carriers may make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund equaling the cost of the merchandise.
What if my address is incorrect?
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient at your expense. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be pre-authorized by 3M. You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning your item. To obtain a Return Authorization, call customer support at 1-800-234-8068. Press '1' when prompted.

Can I change my order?
Shop3M cannot change an order after it has been processed. However, you may return your order after you have contacted customer support and received a Return Authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by 3M.

Does Shop3M offer purchase orders or invoice billing?
Shop3M does not offer purchase order or invoice purchasing. Shop3M only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Shop3M applies sales tax to all transactions based on ship-to location. Only states that do not have sales tax are exempt.
