Scotch® Fine Line Tape 215 is ideal for many complex shapes and irregular surfaces. This tape resists lifting around corners or in depressed areas. The smooth backing will allow taping over freshly cured acrylic lacquer, enamel and polyurethane paint jobs to give an excellent color line separation due to its thinness. Provides excellent performance at higher temperatures. Should not be subjected to outdoor applications.Typical physical and performance characteristics include: thickness: 4.7 mils, adhesion to steel: 42 oz./in. width, tensile strength: 10 lbs./in. width, elongation at break: 830%, temperature use range: Up to 250(deg)F.
