3M™ Super Bond Film Tape 396, 4.1 mil (0.10mm), polyester film tape with a thick layer of rubber adhesive.

The thin caliper and tensile strength of the polyester backing, with extremely high immediate adhesion and holding power of the rubber-resin adhesive allow this tape to work well for a wide variety of applications. Excellent Adhesion to low-energy surfaces such as polyethylene.
