Polypropylene backing provides excellent resistance to nicks, abrasion, moisture, and scuffing. Patented continuous ribbing of polypropylene monofilaments reinforces tape for reliable strength. Specially formulated rubber resin adhesive bonds to metallic or fiberboard surfaces.Applications:- Heavy-duty strapping, bundling, banding and reinforced closure- L-clip and C-clip closures for non-RSCs, such as FOLs and 5-panel folders- Use with manual Scotch® L-Clip Dispenser S634 or semi-automatic 3M-Matic™ L-Clip Applicator S857Typical Physical Properties:- 30% elongation at break- 67 oz/inch adhesion to steel- Bar codes, type and graphics show through unique clear backing.
