General purpose. Polypropylene backing reinforced with continuous polypropylene ribbing. Typical 155 lb/in width tensile strength for general strapping and bundling on metallic or fiberboard surfaces. Unique clarity.

Polypropylene backing provides excellent resistance to nicks, abrasion, moisture and scuffing. Patented continuous ribbing of polypropylene monofilaments reinforces tape for reliable strength. Specially formulated rubber resin adhesive bonds to metallic or fiberboard surfaces.Applications:- General strapping, bundling, banding, and reinforced closure. - Use for L-clips with 3M-Matic™ L-Clip Applicator S857.Typical Physical Properties- 30% elongation at break. 60 oz/inch adhesion to steel.- Bar codes, type and graphics show through unique clear backing.
